About Yuri Vanetik
Yuri Vanetik is an American financier and political coalition builder. He is a founder and managing partner of Vanetik International, LLC, a management consulting firm offering services including advisory and strategic planning to businesses and industries globally. He is considered an expert in mergers & acquisitions and capital formation. Mr. Vanetik has a background in securities law, corporate governance, business strategy, and financial planning.
Mr. Vanetik earned his B.A. in Legal Studies with a focus on Political Science, History, and Philosophy in 1991 from the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He went on to complete further graduate research in political philosophy at Oxford University in 1993. Yuri went on to earn his J.D. in 1998 from the University of California, Hastings, where he received the coveted American Jurisprudence Award and was the President of the International Law Society. In 2001 he graduated from the Anderson Business School at UCLA where he studied management.
Mr. Vanetik is a committed philanthropist and political activist. He supports the arts, libertarian-leaning think tanks and related policy institutions. He serves on the board of Trustees for UC Hastings. He is a Lincoln Fellow with the Claremont Institute, and has served on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross.
In his spare time, Mr. Vanetik collects wine, studies history and martial arts, and occasionally plays golf and tennis.
